How to set up and moderate a Photo Wall

Practical steps from plan eligibility to live moderation. Guest photos never skip the DJ unless you turn auto-approve on.

1. Turn Photo Wall on for an eligible event

Photo Wall is a plan feature, not a Standard feature. Confirm Pro Pass, Max Pass, or an active trial before you promise a wall to a client.

In Settings, enable Photo Wall. Leave auto-approve off for the first event so you can see every image.

2. Open the wall on the venue display before doors

Load the wall URL on the TV or projector. The spotlight photo rotates about every 14 seconds, with ambient tiles around it and the join QR on screen.

Confirm the display does not sleep, and that venue staff will not switch the HDMI input mid-event.

3. Show guests how to upload

Guests pick a photo, add an optional caption (up to 120 characters) and up to 5 hashtags, then submit. Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, WebP.

Put a short 'photos appear after the DJ approves them' note near the QR so guests do not think a pending upload failed.

4. Moderate in the Photos tab

Approve images that fit the event. Reject anything identifiable as a minor in an adult venue, anything that shows other guests without context the host wants public, or anything you would not put on the couple's album.

Hide a photo later if someone asks you to take it down. Live photos are kept for a limited window, then purged.

Retention and albums

Live event photos expire 30 days after upload.
Shared albums expire 90 days after you create them.
Create an album from the analysis tab if the client wants a shareable recap.
